Recently, Welly Group successfully signed the Yunnan Xiangfeng industrial wastewater and phosphogypsum rain water comprehensive utilization sewage treatment station concentrated water zero discharge transformation general contract project. The design of this project is 200m3/h for deep treatment and reuse of reclaimed water, and 60m3/h for high concentration and zero discharge. The quality of the produced water meets the water quality standard of reuse water in "Municipal Sewage Recycling - Industrial Water Quality" (GB/T 19923-2005).

Yunnan Xiangfeng Industrial Group is a leading enterprise in the phosphorus chemical industry in China, known for its excellent production capacity of phosphate compound fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer. The company has an annual production capacity of 3 million tons of fertilizer and 600,000 tons of chemical products, and is at the forefront of the industry in phosphogypsum treatment technology. Xiangfeng Industry actively responds to the national environmental protection policy, has made remarkable achievements in industrial wastewater treatment, carbon emission reduction and clean energy utilization, and has become one of the key forces to promote the green transformation of China's chemical industry.

For this cooperation, Willy adopts the advanced technology from Germany - ultrafiltration + high pressure reverse osmosis + ultra-high pressure reverse osmosis +MVR process, which is based on the BIOMEMBRAT system developed by WWAG in Germany, and has been optimized and upgraded in combination with the actual domestic situation. With nearly two decades of technical accumulation and practical experience, Willy has continuously innovated on patented membrane system technologies and products, and has successfully completed more than 300 water treatment projects including ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis systems. In order to better cooperate with the production arrangement of the owner, Willy also pre-installed the membrane frame in the workshop, which greatly shortened the on-site construction period.
