Recently, Verily (Changzhou) Bioenergy Co., LTD., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Verily Environmental Protection Technology Group Co., LTD., signed a "Biogas Purification Project Cooperation Agreement" with Shanying Paper (Suzhou) Co., LTD. This marks that based on the technical trust and environmental benefits of the first cooperation, the two companies have further deepened their strategic synergy in the field of bioenergy. This cooperation is not only a high recognition of the technical strength of Verly Group by Shanying International, but also another milestone in the development of Verly Group in the field of bioenergy. Up to now, the total daily biogas processing capacity of the high-value biogas utilization projects signed by Verli Group has reached 288,900 cubic meters, corresponding to a daily output of 196,600 cubic meters of biogas.
The operation period of the biogas purification project of Shanying Paper Industry (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is 10 years, and it will be constructed in two phases, calculated from the actual commissioning date of the second phase of the project. The combined daily biogas processing capacity of Project One and two phases is 80,000 cubic meters, corresponding to approximately 54,800 cubic meters of biogas per day. After purification and refinement, it is sold as biogas through the gas pipeline network.
The project is planned to adopt the "two-stage desulfurization + membrane separation purification" process independently patented by Verley, with a hydrogen sulfide removal rate exceeding 99.9% and a methane purity of over 97% (exceeding the national standard for Class II gases). Digital intelligent control provides an effective guarantee for the refined operation of the project. It adopts integrated AI algorithms to monitor the fluctuations of biogas components in real time and dynamically adjust the treatment parameters to ensure the stability of energy conversion efficiency. The project can achieve an annual carbon reduction of 150,000 tons, facilitating the low-carbon transformation of the industry.
